Take a memorable horseback ride through the breathtaking countryside of western Michigan. Traverse several miles of scenic trails on our 3rd-generation family farm, featuring picturesque agricultural fields, rolling hills, deep ravines, river bottoms, and lush swamps.

Our 1-hour trail ride is the most popular choice among guests, offering an unforgettable experience amidst nature’s beauty. When you book a 1-hour ride, your group may be paired with other small groups, creating a friendly, shared experience. During peak season, the average group size for this ride ranges from 8 to 12 guests.

Riders 8 and up

We have horses ranging from ponies to Belgian and Percheron draft horses to accommodate nearly every skill level and size of ride. Please see our weight limit statement if you have concerns about your weight.

Riders ages 3-7

Children 3 years and older must ride on their own horse or pony. Unless the child has extensive riding experience they will be tethered to one of our staff who will control the horse for them. They will ride right next to one of our wranglers who will lead them along the trail. All they will have to do is sit and enjoy the ride.

Riders ages 1-2

Children 1-2 years old may ride double in the saddle with an adult or one of our staff. This is a general guideline and is based on a number of factors including the size and weight of the child and the adult. Please don’t try to pass your 5 year old off as a 2 year old because you don’t think they can do it themselves.
